Adult Dyslexia Checklist

This questionnaire is designed to help identify potential signs of dyslexia in adults. It focuses on challenges that may be experienced in the workplace or daily life.

Please read each statement carefully and select how often it applies to you using the scale provided. This is a screening tool, not a diagnostic test. If your responses suggest a moderate or strong likelihood of dyslexia, we recommend seeking a formal assessment from a Dyslexia Help UK.
